Robin Hill is a British chef who has spent years honing his craft in restaurants and on luxury yachts around the world. Offering classic Slovene cuisine along with some less commonly found dishes, Robin uses locally sourced, seasonal ingredients in every recipe. Herbs are harvested from the Brunarica garden to help keep the food as fresh and flavourful as possible.

Craft beers are supplied by the Lobik Brewery in Maribor, rated best in Slovenia and the Balkans by Untappd users and of course we serve Laško too!

Our excellent coffee is freshly roasted by Coronini Caffe in Tolmin.

The Brunarica Restaurant is perfectly placed to access adventure sports of all kinds. Canyoning and paragliding is available in Log Pod Mangartom or Bovec is a 10min drive away where you can skydive with Skydive Bovec or book in for Kayaking and other adventure sports. We are also a 10 minute drive from the Italian border and the beautiful Lake Predil and a 13 minute drive from Kanin-Sella Nevea Ski Resort!
